I graduated in April 2018 from UOIT in Oshawa, Ontario in Mechatronics Engineering. Since then I have continued my part time employemnt at Chris & Beths Nofrills while having different contact jobs throughout the year. I worked for a year at Colpitts Design Inc. doing mainly website work but also some work with microcontrollers. I made a website for a relative for her bodyaesthetic business and I have experience working at Reliance doing database work using Microsoft Access and analizing data using Excel.

Graduated with a BEng(with honors) and a average GPA of 3.10. Classes included Calculus, Physics, CAD, Thermodynamics, Control systems, Manufacturing, Microprocessors, Electronics, Robotics & Automation, Vibrations, Mechatronics and Software. My final school project was designing, building and coding an XY table for teaching purposes.

Multimatic MMFG
Receiving Inspector • Mechatronics Quality Engineer • October 2019 - May 2020
My position at Multimatic started as a recieving inspector where I learned the day to day operations of the company, performed inspections on new components, aided in studies and contacting suppliers if issues arose. I was then promoted to a Quality Engineer for the mechatronics programs in the plant 4 months after joining the company. In this role I was responsible for all Mechatronic lines in the plant and all BMW lines. My day to day tasks involved checking the customer portals to stay on top of any new complaints, become familiar with all lines under my responsibility and pre-emptively fix any issues that may arise in the future.

Contract Software Engineer • June 2018 - May 2019
My main task was building a website for tracking projects, molds, punch in/outs and payroll for the company and was later asked to build another site for tracking maintenance on workshop machines with auto-emailing functionality. I was later ask to help code microcontrollers (Esp32-DevKitC) for use in wireless communication project using Arduino IDE in addition to helping with other minor tasks and duties as required with other projects , such as Acushot product testing.

Reporting & Process Development Analyst • May 2017 - August 2017
I was hired on for a summer position to help create databases for the Supply Chain department. I used Microsoft Access to create multiple databases as instructed, I was also in charge of creating new order forms on excel that were macro enabled for automated processing and filling in by the branches. I was also given other minor duties and tasks while their but the database and excel work were my main focus while there.

I was hired, along with my sister to design and create a new website for the business. My sister was in charge of the look and appearance of the site, while I was tasked with the coding and implementation of the site.

A consistent part time job I have held for many years now, where my tasks involve stocking shelves, helping order stock, receive shipments, discuss sale displays and create and put up new signs for displays and shelve stock.
Strengths
Leadership
I have led multiple lab and project groups during all years of university, this involved organizing meeting days, delegating tasks to group members and keeping members on task. I have been part of a gaming club for many years where I have gained more and more responsibility within the community. The club has set weekly meeting dates and times and multiple events that happen throughout the year, that I helped organize and run.
Fast-Learner
Any skill I did not possess for a given project or task given to me I quickly learned so as to proceed as efficiently as possible, while ensuring I had learned enough to also maintain the quality of the project going forward.
Self-Taught
I have self-taught myself multiple programming languages during and since graduating from University. This includes the VBA coding for Microsoft Access and excel and the website coding languages (php, javescript, css, html5).
Communication
To properly convey my ideas to others, good communication was required during lab and project groups while at university, along with organization and planning skills. In all my jobs, good communication was valued in all areas, from customer service to learning how a task was currently done so I could replicate it in the program.
Skills
I have experience working with SQL, Microsoft Office (including Access and Project), C++, Java, VBA, PHP, html, JavaScript, CSS and CAD modeling software’s such as Siemens NX and SolidWorks. And I also have a Forklift One license valid until August 2022
XY table
The XY Table with the addition of the table supporting the power source and Arduino, this was done in a group of 6 people for my Capstone project in UOIT.
